Greetings!!!!
I just want to state that God is good to Ramona!!!!!! A few minutes ago I found out that I will teach in two other Victory International Bible Institute locations! So far my schedule looks really crowded, but praise God he has equiped me for this; I actually came here to help as much as I can and it is happening. As of now I teach on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays for the next two months. Please keep me in your prayers! I need a lot of wisdom and guidance from the Holy Spirit.
This past Monday I was blessed to hear Tommy Tenney speak at a church here in Lima. The message was really impacting and filled with the power of the Holy Spirit. He spoke about the importance of unity in the body of Christ and that we are the only once, as a church, that can answer the prayer Jesus prayed in John 17. At the end of the service we washed each others feet (we cleaned each others shoes). Serving one another is what the Lord desires to see happening in our lives! So lets serve one another in love keeping in mind that this is also God´s desire and that the impact it has in the Kingdom and in our lives is great! Jesus served while He was on earth and continues to do so! We need to imitate Him.

Blessings!
It has been almost 3 weeks now since I last wrote. God is really good to me.
There are 3 major areas of work I do here in Lima, Peru. I work with a group of teenagers in a city outside of Lima called Pachacutec, teach 2 classes at Victory International and help the youth leaders here at Comunidad de Fe with what is needed. Those leaders (which are from among the youth of this church) need some training in what it means to be a leader and how to lead and that starts tonight. They don´t know that yet :).
My mornings are totally free of schedule and that gives me the opportunity to spend time in prayer seeking direction from the Lord for what I was asked to do and other. I also pray for some of my sisters here that are in need of breakthrough in their lives. One of my friends, Nancy, works really hard but is not payed well for what she does. So, I started praying for her and asked to Lord to give her a raise of 300 soles (Peruvian currency). That is $100. So far she only received 100 soles raise, but I will continue praying for the remaining amount.
Then, in Pachacutec, I met a young man named Alexander. He is only 8 years old, but he is very sick. His parents took him to the hospital, but the doctors told them they don´t know what is going on, so they sent Alexander home. His ride side of the face is disproportionate. He cannot see and can barelly eat. He´s been in this state since November of last year. The group that was with me and I started praying for his healing. I have declared him healed in the Name of Jesus. I will continue to pray for Alexander until God completely heals him. I wanted to visit with him last Saturday, but he was not home. I pray that this coming Saturday I will get to see him and speak healing into him.
Please continue to pray for me! I need a lot of wisdom! For instance, I teach in Castellan, which is a Spanish dialect and my 3rd language. Sometimes I cannot remember certain words or cannot express very well what I desire to say and it can be frustrating.
On the 31st of July I was invited to teach Divine Prosperity to a church in El Agustino. I need the Holy Spirit to give an outline of Divine Prosperity. I was given only 2 hours to teach and the material is huge! Please pray!
Until next time,
Ramona
